Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

Is unused and in its original condition.
Is returned in its original packaging.
Includes all accessories and documentation (if applicable).
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pet food, treats, and certain personal care products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
